The item was packaged with care and came pinned to a heavy cardboard backer that was wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed inside a clear plastic zippered bag, that was then placed in a sturdy outer bubble mailing envelope, and included a nice thank you note and business card. Shipping was fast and item arrived on schedule. Seller communication was excellent. Highly recommend! Thank You!

I had placed my order and had not received it. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent me a replacement. I highly recommend this seller. They back their products and I appreciate it. I contacted Vic and he was very very prompt in his answer. Reason being is that hat color was sold out. 2 days after his response I received the hat. I love it!
