They responded quickly and explained likely situation as to why/how situation happen and agreed to take care of it. Offered to accept return and replace with new car undamaged. But due to eBay conditions comprising return under these circumstances, ultimately game me a fair discount on damage car. Very happy and greatly respect seller. I have already bought again from them! Highly recommend!
