The experience became frustrating, I thought the seller and the assistant would lose patience and give up - Not so. They both hung in there until we found a way to make everything work. Seller advertised "white glove delivery" and that is exactly what was provided. I couldn't be happier with the seller, the delivery, and the merchandise.
