I am giving a 'neutral' seller review because I have no evidence that this was deliberate, but it does indicate (at best) a lack of attention to inventory management on the part of the seller and a failure to remove and update listings. I would recommend messaging this seller to confirm your item is in fact still available before purchasing anything.
