They fixed it quickly, saving me from buying a whole new suitcase just for one damaged wheel. It’s frustrating that big brands don’t offer spare parts like wheels, but thankfully, these guys were able to fix the issue. Highly recommend.

Price given, accepted, wheel sent off, very quick response and a query, gave the info they needed and had the wheel returned within 2 days. I was advised that the replacement would not be quite the same as the original as the originals no longer available but the replacement almost matched exactly.
