Got a tracking number but then later received a refund with a message: "We shipped your order to the address on file. However, we do not see a movement in the tracking. ... We called our USPS representative and it seems that the order is lost or stolen during transit." Given all the other feedback saying the same, they either have TERRIBLE luck with USPS or they're dodgy. Avoid this seller!

The box was packed well and was not damaged at all in shipment. I already had a well-loved pair of these, but Birkenstock discontinued the style so I was thrilled to find them online! I paid a little less than I did when I originally purchased them, which was a fair price since Birkenstock's prices have increased since then and shipping was included. Based on this experience, I can recommend this seller!

My Birkenstocks were stolen/misplaced/lost during shipping and it was the seller who notified me and issued an immediate refund. With as many sales that take place and packages out and about, situations like these are bound to happen. But rarely can you expect to be serviced with such honesty and speed to remedy the issue. Bravo Sooper Sales!
