It was well packaged and even more beautiful than pictured and described. As for value, I found it well worth the price. This is not something the seller would have known as the box was sealed, and even if the seller opened the box, they would not have known exactly what small parts were suppossed to be there. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive to my issue and willing and ready to resolve this matter. I was able to resolve the missing part issue on my own with the manufacturer. Very happy!
