Their packaging seems iron clad, but the shipping company crushed the box and broke the screen anyway. The seller responded to me quickly and kindly, had me send photos of all the damage, and sent a new screen to me immediately. The screen works well and I will keep this seller as a top choice for my computer needs. Thank you again!

Seller refunded purchase price the same day. So refreshing to see. The HP Prodesk 600 G5 MT MB is hard to get a good MB but no worries with seller that will refund right away. Will keep trying to get a good one. Seller did not communicate but did refund so mid marks for communication but top marks for service and instant refund. gave over all positive rating for that.
