The crystal inside was loose. The hinge would make creaking noises. The gold ribbon inside had chipped paint. And worst of all it didn't even work out of box with fresh batteries. Had to waste my own money and time sending it back and waiting for a refund. The item is brand new as we have sold a few before and we're an authorized Bandai dealer. We were kind and worked with you to resolve the issue by accepting the return and even provided you a free return label and issued you the full refund as soon as it was delivered back to us. We accurately describe our items. Our feedbacks contradicts your claims.

The seller did include a large 'Handle with Care' label on the packaging. Despite the condition of the box, it arrived quickly, which I appreciated, especially since Storm Collectibles items are rarer to find. The price was a bit steep, but given that it’s still sealed and from a reputable seller, it’s reasonable for a collector’s item. New in an open box with sealed bags complete with the decals and instructions. I'm very pleased with my purchase, I highly recommend the seller and hope to purchase again in the future.
