Day of delivery arrived I emailed was finally answered only to be told refund was being issued. So then I ask if they could just ship ring overnight or something for trip and radio silence. Haven’t heard back from them nor received refund yet.

I checked and they had canceled the order and refunded it. Not totally sure what happened but I totally appreciate not having to deal with a problem myself with a missing order and they did everything to correct the issue they could. Bummed I didn't get the ring, but not a big deal. Would call this good customer service.
