Responded very promptly to the problems that I encountered with Umidigi F3 Pro 5G phone. Had UI problem and the phone required shut down and factory reset. The seller quickly replaced the phone and did not require me to send back the problem phone. Their promptness and customer service are exceptional. ELECTRICTECHPRO would be on my preferred list of ebay sellers!!!

Everything on it works like it should. Needs a SIM Card ("B") in order to work on Straight Talk (Verizon). Since Straight Talk did not inform me of this when I ordered the only Sim Card Kits they have for sale on their website, I have since switched to Pure Talk (AT&T). No issues activating there and porting my number. Will certainly be buying from this seller again. Very Pleased.

I saw neg feedback on this model on Amazon so was skeptical, but no complaints here and $117 Oh wow..how sweet it is! Now I'm happy.. Great Phone!
