When I contacted the seller they responded with an unpleasant attitude. The seller did refund me the purchase price I paid for shipping and she told me to keep the item. Two different purchases were made by two different people, one bought 6 and another bought 7, which left 1 skein. I did not have to refund her the $$ but I did as a show of good faith. She also kept the skein. Communication was not as she stated, she is upset she did not get her way.
