And the side of the box looked like it have been run into be a forklift time. The side was ripped open. The pin to hold the basker in place on the scooter was obvioulsly no longer in the box. Thankfully the basket was not damaged. Looks like UPS can be hard on shipped items, so more and stickier tape would work best on the next shipment sent.
