The quality is good, well made but I feel like the size runs small, I have an XS in another brand and its even a tiny big bigger than this one in a Small. There are no measurements I saw for the size of the harness only the leash length.

I liked them so much I ordered 2 heated pet pads for my cat's, we'll talk about those in a separate post.
