If it is an ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe II and you have all the memory modules installed this will not fit without some modification as it sits on top of the ram modules and wont slide in between them to allow you to screw down the mounting screws. Otherwise it works.

The price was great. The thing is in great condition and of course it’s a Xeon processor which means it’s a quality CPU. It also looks to be in pristine condition.
