    I originally ordered the small size purse but instead I received the extra small. I contacted the seller and he asked me to send it back and he reimbursed me for the shipping cost. In matter of two days I received the correct item and it was so carefully packed. So happy with my purchase, beautiful purse at a great price. The description in the listing was excellent as well!

    The shipping was next day which was a huge plus because I was super excited to wear it! The packaging was very nice and my bag was placed inside of a dust bag inside of a box.     Item as described. This was an identical replacement handbag and wallet that had been stolen from my wife’s car. Suggest that in the future items be placed in a plastic bag as well as the original handbag tote prior to shipping. The USPS left the package out in the walkway and the box was soaked from the heavy rains. Luckily the contents were not ruined. I do Recommended this Seller, ensure items are protected by a plastic bag as well. Very pleased with the items. Thank you.
