Arrived a bit dented and corners bent so was a bit annoyed at it being sent just in a paper jiffy envelope after previous orders were boxed and packaged appropriately but with a bit of patience bent it back into shape well enough to not be too noticeable. Will definitely use again regardless but hope they take notice of this and package appropriately next time.

Said they had delivered to a secure porch, which I do t have, but actually left the parcel on the gate post on a public road. Some passer by must have taken it so I never got the parcel. After going through the Ebay process I received a full refund. Thank you, not the sellers fault.

I contacted the seller to say I didn't require the square plate, and was only sent the 2 oblong ones as stated. Good quality. Packaging wasn't sealed (glue come unstuck along one edge, but Royal mail had put elastic bands around to keep contents in place.
