The urn vault arrived with damaged parts. Most people don't buy many urn vaults but it's a certainty I will never buy from this seller again. In fact, I will spend the remainder of life telling anybody who is considering buying an urn vault to avoid this seller. I also do not see anything indicating a date that they item was needed other then "I'm on a time crunch". Your feedback says it arrived two days early. It was shipped out ground as your order indicated. As you know we cannot control FedEx but if we would have had a need by date or a message with a need by date we would have made sure to expedite the order. We would have made it right if you would have contacted us.
