I’ve been reading up about Kahler tremolos and heard how some of them had this “auto lock” feature and I want that now too. So this is going to replace the existing Kahler Spyder on my guitar the next time I have a setup done.

Reached out to the company, and Chris helped troubleshoot and then offer a replacement. He had the new one in the mail the next day and paid for the return of the faulty unit. New one works great, and sounds great. Overall an excellent experience with great customer service.
