I reached out to the seller telling them that I needed a new door handle and asked what we would do about having it match our current keys. The seller stated that if I purchased from them in the past, I could just provide the five-digit code on our keys and they could make this new door handle match. Since we did purchase our previous door handles from this seller (five years ago), they were able to send it very quickly and we didn't have to have new keys made.

Each time I ordered the hinges, they came in a flimsy cheep box that blew open and with a good portion of the screws and hinges missing. I contacted the seller and his only response if that he will send more. No rush on the shipment, no apology for bad packaging. Very cheep and doesn’t care about helping the customer clearly. I’m still waiting on replacement parts from this order. Won’t buy from again.
