I received everything as described with no shipping or delivery issues. Also the items were packaged with care. All the parts were separated in individual wrappings to ensure identifying the parts for assembly. It also came with batteries and detailed written and photos of assembly instructions, as well as, instructions on how to replace the batteries. I can't wait to put everything together! Great seller!

The condition was new but the pieces are very fragile this item should have cost less. The frame is plastic and the lights are very flimsy as are the brackets to hold it in place. The lights are definitely bright, but other than that I am not wowed by it at all.
