We had left water in the pressure washer over the winter and when we’ve went to use it this Spring, it leaked water and there was no pressure. Took it apart and discovered a small crack in the outlet pipe. Fitted this new one on Friday and pressure washer back working👍

They apologised on behalf of the Royal Mail, and thanked me for my message ! Item had been properly crushed the flange neck of the tube was crushed, cant even imagine how it could have happened. Great Customer service guys thanks.
