The local courier threw the box over the unlocked gate and it landed end-on on a concrete driveway, so the rods were slightly bent but I was able to get most of the waves out of them; luckily I need to cut these into 9" & 12" lengths so not being perfectly straight shouldn't cause too many problems but it really bugs me that they made it all the way to Australia only to get treated like that. This is not an issue with the seller so I'm still giving 5 stars.

The package was sent to my PO Box number at the UPS store. The address used by the seller was correct. It should have come quickly after shipping. Unfortunately the shipper chose to ship by US Mail. It floated around for many days somewhere in the black hole of the postal service. I wish to correct my previous negative view to a positive view.
