Good job I worked in micro engineering before retirement as I was able gently lever the paper tray out without doing any damage. Toner cartridges arrived separately from the printer, I was a little worried that these were missing but they arrived about 30 minutes later. Already had a print driver for this Samsung on computer so printer was soon set up and working perfectly.

It would have been helpful to say that the paper tray was secured by a small plastic clip underneath printer as it seemed it wasnt working. Seller was very quick in responding to my concern. I got my last printer from this firm and they are really reliable. I am so glad all is well now. Printer was very well packed. Courier did not leave first time though I was in waiting. Next day found he had gone to wrong flat but I managed to alert the next guy who delivered it to me!

Have received the item now. It was packed superbly. The seller was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this company.
