Also, even though I requested a refund, they only refunded half of it. Truth is, the snowglobe was package very well. The package was going to China I believe, international order. The snowglobe was destroyed because of the increased handling and sorting done. I refunded my whole part, buyer was instructed to get ahold of ebay for a full and complete refund, since I have never had issues with International Orders and they have extra fees.
