The buttons are a little stiff so you need to press them a little harder but we are fine with that as they will probably loosen up over time. Happy with purchase :)

So had to up my complaint as it seemed they thought I was dumb and wouldn't notice. But they got back quickly after that with an apology and then sorted it quickly, overall the product as well is good so they got back positive feedback.
