    The initial listing had some issues with the product description not matching the MFG Part Numbers and the order had to be altered, but they were able to locate an equivalent pair of DIMMs meeting my specs. So, it was a great customer support experience and they redeemed themselves. Mistakes happen, they owned it and I have a lot of respect for that. The new RAM tested good and corrected the memory issues I was having. DIMMs came looking brand new. Price was fair. Thank you! 10/10

    Great eBay seller, accurate description, excellent communication, good packaging and very fast shipping. The TDS7104 is as described but had one of its rear bumpers dented-in during shipping even though the package was double boxed (see photos). The good news is that the indented bumper does not affect the scopes operation, so all is well. I am adding this seller to my favored sellers list as this has been a great overall experience and they offer excellent values!
