I'm angry and upset about that part but it wasn't the seller's fault. The Post Office have become erratic and less than reliable at times here in Manchester these days. Really happy with the wooden coat hangers. I've bought them before. They seem well made and perfect for shirts, hoodies and coats. I've now changed over completely to these apart from wooden shaped hangers.
