    The ceramic boots were exactly as described and pictured. The package arrived with one small dent in the box but the amount of cushioning and wrapping around the item was in an overbundance of protection and there was not even one scratch or crack to be found. I love the item and really appreciate how well it was protected for shipping. Thank you so very much!!
