Sorry it happened but we did everything right. Then you just started making loads of new complaints and tried to make a huge deal of a broken case which can be easily replaced. We offered you a £2 refund but no deal, you just screamed are we joking?. We packed it well in a box and you didn't even show the packaging so you probably broke the box yourself just to try to extort an unrealistic amount of money out of us.
