      The item was well packaged and shipped promptly. The item was exactly as described. The seller has been helpful and done his very best. Unfortunately the base was shattered in transit by USPS. I sent the seller a notification and pictures. I was issued a prompt refund.

      Fed X lost the box for a while, so it came several days late. I contacted the seller, and they gave me a mediate response. He helped me with Fed X and the box was delivered as promised.       The quality condition value in appearance of this video game was awesome. It arrived on time and package very well. I cannot say enough good things about the seller. His communication is unparalleled. I was going to return this game, but he actually took the time and suggested that I free up some space on my hard drive to get it to work. I really wanted to play this game and I followed his advice and now I am able to play it. This guy cares I would do business with him again in a heartbeat
