They say it's inevitable that your tubing will arrive "creased" and that this is caused by "pressing" during transportation. This isn't true, they can't handle tubing properly, their packaging isn't rigid enough and/or too small for the tubing's curve-radius without causing "crease's". They chose to decide whether you should be content with the number of, and severity of, "crease's"
