It was in factory box and upon opening found the heater as described and in excellent shape. Quality remains to be seen but looks to be of descent quality. Pricing was the best I could find on E-bay or from other outside sources. Usually Amazon does pretty well but not this time. Seller shipped quick and it arrived quick so I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
