The lid wasn’t packaged very well, so it ended up scratching up one side of my pot pretty bad BUT the seller was apologetic and very quick to refund what I asked. Price was great! Item was as described other than the scratches that happened during transport. Shipping sat, but when I contacted , it was immediately fixed. When they showed, they actually sent me an extra, total of four! First had battery corrosion in compartment. Other three still in factory 3 pack all came out clean! I knew the chance I was taking, and pretty sure seller did too (thus the great deal). But they did right by all! Very happy! The tracking just said my item was delivered by UPS on Wednesday. It wasn’t here on Wednesday or Thursday so I contacted the seller and asked if they knew where it was. Next thing I know, EBay sends me a message saying my request for refund was denied? I never opened a request for a refund. On Saturday the item arrived in my mailbox which UPS never does. Evidently “delivered” means UPS delivered it to the post office.
