For the matte black "windshield banner sun visor" they sent Oracal 651 which is technically craft/contact paper for signage, flat surfaces, etc. It's NOT ideal for automotive applications because of how stiff, thin, easy to crease and difficult it is to work around curves, but I got it to work with some extra effort. Would probably buy from again, but not for car stuff, thanks!
