They did not refund this and did not take responsibility for this problem. When the package arrived, the box was heavily damaged, and again, they took 0 responsibility for some kind of refund. We offered you a £2 refund but no deal, you just screamed are we joking?. We packed it well in a box and you didn't even show the packaging so you probably broke the box yourself just to try to extort an unrealistic amount of money out of us. Never again!

Unfortunately shipping from UK to Europe took 17 days and 24 GBP.
