Being very elderly, out of touch with prices, confused, not buying much furniture nowadays - my mistake. Bought two chests of drawers , very pleased with them really, and at our age did it really matter the colour did not match the solid oak furniture. My apologies for my ignorance , the delivery was quick and do not even bother about the difference in colour now

A few of the items in the boxes were damaged at some point in the delivery process. I thanked the seller and explained about the damage parts. They could have been more helpful. I supplied pictures of the defective items and arranged for a refund. I would feel confident using this seller again.

When building it i found that I was missing some bolts, I messaged them and got a response in less than a day with an offer of a 10% price refund or have the bolts sent to me. I chose option 2 and a full set of fixings arrived a couple of days later. This company is reliable and has trustworthy.
