    Good Product, Poor Customer Service. Placed order on Monday the 1st Holiday (item is 2 inches long and weighs 3 ounces). Asked seller if he could ship on Tuesday the 2nd, Response, “Your order is scheduled to ship on time by 9/3 as per the listing. We cannot get it out today, sorry.” It did not ship on the 3rd, new response on the 4th “It has gone out and you should see it tracking by end of day.” However, did not ship, Post Office finally got it on the 5th.

    I ordered a black version of this stem. The seller discovered their last black version in stock had stripped threads, so they offered to send a different color instead. Excellent customer service to check a detail like that. I really appreciated their candor and effort to make sure it was right, before even sending it. Be careful of the milling on the body of the neck of the Spank Spoon 2 Stem; the tiny residual burrs are sharp.
