The Bates' site was sold out too. Online search led me to this seller. Price was discounted, but not what I'd call a closeout/final sale price. I don't generally purchase from sellers with a no-return policy for normal goods, but I didn't see an alternative. It arrived as described (sales sample). The box was beat up, but kind of expected.

I did get a response on the 4th day after reporting to Ebay that I never received it. The seller states they never had the item and would cancel it, but 3 days later no refund.
