The item was not delivered I had to send the ink pen back in order to get a refund for the total amount. This way of doing business is an attempt to mislead PAYPAL or a credit card into believing the customer has indeed gotten their item so that they won't issue a refund. in looking at feedback this has been going on for quite a while. EBAY needs to stop this from happening to the buyer.
