Multiple emails chasing and requesting a refund before order updated with a tracking number on 13 January but this only showed the item had supposedly been booked in with the courier that day. No updates to say item had actually been sent. No response to chaser emails so had to report through eBay as item not received for refund.

The item was more like new than used (see pictures), which made me very happy. Therefore: I would gladly purchase again anytime.

The appearance and condition of the console are great, and match the pictures/description exactly. The seller was fast to respond and provide more pictures, the pictures they take are high quality and highlight any marks or blemishes. To the naked eye, the marks on the console are almost invisible. Great value and high quality seller, 5/5 thank you so much :)

Seller also included the original box, manuals, charging cords which were all packed safely with bubble wrap. I would highly recommend this seller and will definitely buying again!! About Shipping: Ordered on Sept 3rd, seller shipped it through FedEx on Sept 9th from Japan, and it was out for delivery here in the USA on Sept 11th.
