I sent 2 photos of what was received and I received an honest apology while knowingly it was not OhioCityBicycleCo-op’s fault. I was also fully reimbursed immediately. I have no doubt that what I purchased was exactly as described and packaged well. I looked to future purchases from OhioCityBicyleCo-op. David’s response was excellent. I am very pleased.
