They are super responsive and always kept me updated about the status of my order. They even sent pictures of it shipping - which by the way, I received in less than 5 days!!!!! The product arrived in great condition and in a protective box. This seller offered me the best pricing and value that I could find online. Dermalogica Power Firm is an amazing product I use for fine-lines and wrinkles!

No box does not automatically translate to used item. The item was leaking upon arrival and looked like it had been used. So I initiated a return which was accepted and I got my money refunded quickly. Hence the positive seller rating. If an item is open box, the seller needs to indicate it is not sealed and may have been used. I would not have purchased in that case. I gave 2 stars for actual item.
