I contacted seller and he messaged me back quickly that due to new regulations all batteries had to be in child proof packaging. I returned the item, and seller promptly issued a return of funds. I only blame seller for not mentioning this issue. Nor did any other seller. Responded back with forthcoming new laws about childproof packaging requirements in future. This had nothing to do with what this seller sold to me that was in photo I purchased from. Exactly not what I ordered. I ordered 4 sets of 80 batteries. If the seller did not have the packaged ones as he sold me I should be contacted. Seller apologized for my inconvenience said do eBay return if I chose.
