Packaged very nicely and safe. In a sleeve and toploader. Card looks great, looks exactly like the picture, but even better because I get to hold it. They even accepted my offer, so the value is definitely there! Highly recommend this seller, and thank you so much! I love this little guy!

And I received the Delphox that was shown accurately on the product page. While the item took longer to get here because of shipping issues with USPS, the seller wasinformative, understanding, and friendly to me when they were contacted for an update, I solidly reccomend them!
