Once they responded they fully refunded the amount I had paid and apologized for their failure to realize the item they showed in a picture was actually different from the actual items they had remaining to sell. I completely understand the difficulty in this error and I also apologized to them for hurridely rushing to a conclusion.

I purchased a used replacement, but it didn’t solve the issue. However, the company’s service was exceptional—they shipped promptly, provided tracking, and processed my refund immediately after return. The logic board was in great condition, clean and reasonably priced, especially compared to the cost of a new one.
