The rug was to big for where I wanted it to go, I then had the hassle of contacting the company several times and had to return the rug that I didn't order. I did get a refund but if the company had contacted me before sending the incorrect size, I would have said no and had a refund (quicker) and not had the hassle of sending the incorrect rug back.

It was written on description that u have each carpet separately but you send the cut pieces and I am not satisfied with quality as well.. I want to send back and give me refund.

Quality at its finest and excellent value for money..New condition is how you receive these rugs. 1000% recommend this seller. Thank you once again for a great service xx
