They need to be inverted first and than pressed against the jeans button and stretched over. They stay on well once correctly wrapped around. There’s a video link which shows how it’s done.

Your fingers need to be strong and nimble, which mine aren't. Glad I persevered though, as this may well be the answer to all my t-shirts with holes at the waist.

They are fairly easy to put on the buttons. I think the price is quite high- £10 for four little covers, but I guess the price of new T-shirts is more.
