The other 2 columns ok. I spent much time troubleshooting. Columns not new but used to various extents. I proposed seller refund me so that I pay the equivalent of 2 used columns according to the price of similar used columns on ebay. Waited over a week for seller reply. I offered to return the 2 bad, and I keep the 2 ok if seller refunds so that their price is in line with that of a similar used column available on ebay.
