But I called Japan Post and they claimed that a shipping label was created but was never sent to the post office. Been in contact with the seller for over a month and after weeks he told me to cancel the order with "I changed my mind" as the reason. Which is odd. I even asked the seller to provide the package acceptance receipt, so that I can relay it to Japan Post but he just kept insisting the shipping label was the package acceptance receipt.
